Thanks to the FOAM oil aeration test rig flucon customers can test their mechanical components or oil with a quantifiable aeration level. In order to produce a stable, transportable air/oil mixture the gas should be dispersed homogenously, in bubbles of minimum diameters.
Of course the exact gas concentration of the aerated oil is always known due to the integrated CG sensor of the FOAM, but now a digital microscope is added to the setup to find out more about the physical form of the entrained air within the two-phase mixture. Exemplary investigations are then made on aerated transmission fluid.
The expertise of our team in Osterode will be boosted by yet another employee: Since May of 2019 Dennis has been supporting us with our hardware and electronics. As a trained mechatronic engineer he will focus on the assembly of the control components for most of our instruments.
Over the last several years we have been pushing the development of a quantifiable way to enrich the gas concentration in fluids. This lead to a unique technical procedure and to the Flucon Oil Aeration Machine FOAM, which we have been selling to customers from all around the world for their advanced aeration testing.
flucon is gaining competence – thanks to Mr. Manaa. From February on Mohamad Manaa, graduated engineer of communications, will support us with the production of both electronics and sensors of our measuring systems.
