In-situ oil aeration measurement with the all-new CGS In-Situ.
We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking innovation from the flucon team: Our trusted inline aeration sensor CGS has received a cutting-edge upgrade – introducing the CGS In-Situ!
This new sensor variant enables direct in-situ measurement of air concentration (i.e., the gas phase percentage in vol%) by means of a compact G 3/4″ screw-in module. The CGS In-Situ opens up entirely new possibilities for precise monitoring of aerated fluids – especially in applications where space, flexibility, and easy integration are key.
A validated concept in only eight weeks.
What makes this even more exciting: It took us only eight weeks – from concept to market-ready instrument – to develop this high-tech product. The validation was carried out using our patented mobile FOAM aeration rig, which is also used by our customers to replicate real-world process conditions.
Universally applicable – thanks to its compact sensor design.
The immersion depth of the miniaturized 3/4″ sensor is now only 10 mm. Installation in an oil pan or gearbox housing is therefore possible without any problems.
Alternatively, the sensor can be installed using a T-piece, thus converting it into a conventional in-line sensor.
A huge shout-out to our passionate and highly skilled development team for making this record-breaking achievement possible!
Stay tuned – the CGS In-Situ is now available and ready to revolutionize in-situ aeration measurement.
