Mr. Jonas Boppert Management Assistant with immediate effect.

In April, another highly qualified newcomer joins the flucon team: Jonas Boppert takes over as Management Assistant.

In close cooperation with Johanna and Simon Hausner, Mr. Boppert will help to keep flucon’s service quality high despite growth, to increase innovation and to position our company for the future with suitable methods and strategies.


As a Master’s graduate in technical business administration, Jonas Boppert naturally brings with him the economic and organizational tools for his new position. His pronounced affinity for technology and his open-minded and likeable manner make him a perfect fit for our dynamic team in every respect.

In a short interview, Jonas Boppert introduces himself and tells us about his motivations and ambitious plans with our company.



Please feel free to introduce yourself briefly.

Hello, I’m Jonas and I live in Clausthal-Zellerfeld with my wife and our daughter. I’m 28 years old and completed my master’s degree in technical business administration with a specialization in manufacturing five years ago at the Clausthal University of Technology. For the last five years, I have been independently responsible for sales controlling and sales management in a bank, before I was drawn to flucon on April 1.


Why did you decide on flucon?

Various aspects attracted me to flucon.

Firstly, the incredible know-how that goes into the systems and services. The measurement technology developed by flucon is so unique that companies from all over the world buy laboratory and process measuring instruments and test equipment. Almost 50% of the daily customer contact is in English and is therefore particularly appealing to me, if only from a linguistic point of view.

On the other hand, the company philosophy excited me. flucon does not see itself as a sales-oriented company, but as a problem solver in a high-tech area of research and development. This is strongly reflected in the way we deal with customers and colleagues. Here, a lot of time is taken to identify and solve problems on the customer side. On the flucon team side, the focus is on people. This makes working together incredibly interesting and exciting and, above all, extremely pleasant.



What are your priorities in our collaboration?

My main task is to support the management in their daily and partly operational/strategic tasks. I take care of the initial communication with our customers, the comprehensive handling of the sales process from the quotation to the invoicing as well as the pre- and post-calculation. Due to my previous work focus, the further development of controlling is also part of my tasks. This includes, for example, the determination of key figures relevant to the company, such as the development of orders on hand and sales. Furthermore, I support flucon in accounting and the implementation of a new ERP system.
